Hysteria on the focus
This Death Knight group follows the focus target. Its proc tracker checks focus range and several helpful-buff states, including Bloodlust, Heroism, Death Wish and the configured trinket/racial-style effects. A separate Hysteria state makes the important question visible: is the focus target currently inside the burst window that the Death Knight is watching?
Set the intended recipient as focus before the pull. When Hysteria or a related burst state is active, the icon/progress display gives the Death Knight a timing reference for coordinated damage; when the target leaves range or loses the state, the display changes instead of continuing to show an old target.
The imported spell and range tables are specific to this package. It is not a roster-wide Hysteria tracker and will not follow a random target unless that unit becomes the configured focus.
