Threat transfer cooldowns
This tracker listens to combat-log events and maintains a state table for threat-transfer spells. Its configured icon is based on Misdirection, while the custom spell data also covers Tricks of the Trade and the corresponding completion/death-roster events. The result is a raid view of who has a threat-assist cooldown active or recently completed.
Use it during a pull or tank transition: check whether a Hunter or Rogue has already supplied the transfer, then decide whether another threat assist is available for the next target. The tracker does not cast either spell and cannot guarantee that the recipient accepted the transfer; it reports the events the import recognizes.
Roster updates are part of the custom state manager, so a player leaving the group should be removed from the display. Keep the icon group near the threat frame and treat unlisted spell ranks as outside this imported table.
