All three are located around the central Hellfire Citadel structure in Hellfire Peninsula. Warcraft Tavern and other guides identify these dungeons as the main dungeon sources for Thrallmar reputation.
Hellfire Ramparts is the easiest and earliest option. It can be run around level 59–60 and is a good source of starting reputation, gear, and experience.
The Blood Furnace is slightly harder but remains a strong reputation source up to Honored. If you have a stable group, alternating Ramparts and Blood Furnace keeps the grind less repetitive.
The Shattered Halls is the main high-level reputation dungeon. It is a level 70 instance and the third wing of Hellfire Citadel, with Kargath Bladefist as the final boss.
The Shattered Halls Key

Do not spend too much time farming outdoor mobs. Questing and dungeons are much more efficient.
Friendly to Honored
