As a melee, you deal a lot of damage with your auto-attacks. That’s why before Mind Control on Lady Deathwhisper, you should unequip your weapon so you don’t end up killing your teammates while MC’d.
1. You need to have the Equipment Manager feature enabled in the game’s settings.
2. You need to create a gear set and name it “pve”.
3. Go to DBM and find the boss Lady Deathwhisper, scroll down and check the box as shown in the screenshot.
Check whether your weapon is equipped after the boss fight. Usually, if the boss dies while you’re Mind Controlled, the weapon doesn’t get re-equipped. In all other cases, the weapon is equipped automatically according to the gear set you created.
