ICC priority bars
This is a raid-bar package for Icecrown Citadel zone 605. The decoded group contains encounter-specific entries such as Lord Marrowgar's Impaled state (69065), Lady Deathwhisper's Dominate Mind (71289) and Festergut's Gas Spore states (71221, 69279 and 69278). The bars monitor group units and expose the remaining duration or affected player.
Several entries are gated by encounter ID and can send the configured raid-warning message to the named destination. That makes the package useful for a raid lead or assigned coordinator who needs to call a target quickly, not just for a player watching a personal debuff.
Use the bars only in ICC and verify the encounter/load conditions for the current fight. The import contains many encounter groups; it does not promise coverage of every ICC mechanic, and a bar that is absent outside its configured boss is expected.
