Lord Marrowgar
- Shield the entire raid.
- Use Divine Hymn if the raid drops low on HP (especially if some healers are in spikes or the fire was placed badly).
- Use your Hymn of Hope as needed.
Lady Deathwhisper
- Prioritize shielding melee.
- Use Pain Suppression on the highest DPS melee (usually a Fury warrior) during add cleaves in phase one.
- Fear mind-controlled players in the ranged camp.
- Use Divine Hymn in critical situations (lots of ghosts in melee, healers are MC’d).
- Use Mass Dispel on slowed targets.
- Use your Hymn of Hope as needed.
Deathbringer Saurfang
- Shield the raid as much as possible to minimize his rage gain.
- When there are 3 or more Marks, your healing priority shifts to the Mark targets.
- Use your Hymn of Hope while there are still a few Marks.
- Use Divine Hymn closer to the end of the fight when there are many Marks.
Festergut
- Position yourself so you can safely reach your Power Infusion target.
- Shield as many people as possible; use Penance and Prayer of Mending on the tank.
- Use Divine Hymn when the raid drops low (for example, after a Pungent Blight or a Vile Gas combo). You can even pre-cast it.
- Use your Hymn of Hope as needed.
Rotface
- Shield as many targets as possible.
- Dispel the disease when needed.
- You can Fear the small slime.
- Use Divine Hymn when the raid takes heavy damage (raid-wide vomit, slime explosion).
- Use your Hymn of Hope as needed.
Professor Putricide
- Your first two shields (preferably Rank 1) go on the abomination to generate energy via the talent. Until those first two shields have exploded, don’t shield the rest of the raid.
- Between shields: use Prayer of Mending, Renew, Prayer of Healing, and Flash Heal.
- Afterwards, start shielding the raid, but don’t forget about the abom.
- Divine Hymn can save the raid in the last phase.
- Ideally, use your Hymn of Hope before the last phase.
Blood Prince Council
- Prioritize shielding the melee camp when Valanar is active. Everyone else still needs shields as well.
- Dispel slows.
- On Taldaram and Keleseth, pay extra attention to the tanks.
Blood-Queen Lana’thel
- Pre-shielding the raid before the pull is mandatory (a lot of damage comes in instantly).
- Put Fear Ward on yourself before the pull.
- During the fight: shield the raid; the healers’ party should be under constant shields.
- Mass Dispel during the air phase to remove Fear.
- Use Divine Hymn in critical situations (air phase, a healer dies, fire on a healer).
- Use your Hymn of Hope as needed.
Valithria Dreamwalker
- We usually don’t go into portals — we stay as raid healers.
- Use your Hymn of Hope shortly after the start.
- Use Divine Hymn during the final push to top the boss.
Sindragosa
- Important: pre-shield the raid while they ride up to the balcony on mounts (we’re on foot).
- Shield priority: healers and melee, don’t forget the tank.
- If you get Unchained Magic: Prayer of Mending on the melee group + one shield + Prayer of Healing (don’t spam shields, don’t overstack the debuff).
- Always shield the players with marks who are going into Ice Tombs.
- Use Divine Hymn in critical situations (heavy damage after a pull-in, big raid dip before tombs, last phase).
- Use your Hymn of Hope as needed.
The Lich King
- Put Prayer of Mending on the tank 20 seconds before the pull.
- Start shielding the whole raid (except the MT) 17–18 seconds before the pull.
- After the first Infest: don’t shield those who currently have boss or add aggro. Shield everyone else to restore your mana and give resources to the raid through your talent.
- Shield priority: healer party → ranged DPS → rogues/cats/DKs → paladins/warriors.
- There are 22 seconds between Infests → the theoretical maximum is 22 shields, but in practice it will be less.
- Additionally: use Penance and Prayer of Mending on players or tanks who drop low.
- Dispel Necrotic Plague from yourself.
- Use your Hymn of Hope during the transition phase.
- Melee take more damage, so they need to be shielded more often.
- Before the phase: the raid should already be shielded to completely cover Infest.
- During the phase: shield the raid and watch which healers get grabbed by Val’kyrs. You can save the raid with Divine Hymn or by heavily topping the tank.
- In the last phase, shields lose value — focus on spot healing, mainly on the tanks.
- 10–15 seconds before being pulled into the Frostmourne room, you can pre-shield the raid (to reduce the damage taken and regain mana via your talent).
- Inside the room: shields on the raid + Prayer of Mending on cooldown.
- After you come out and resolve Defile, you can use your Hymn of Hope again.
Halion
- Dispel the target with the debuff.
- Your main focus is tank healing. Stack your crit-based absorb shield on them to improve survivability.
- When moving away from the meteor, you can briefly stop under the dragon’s belly and cast Penance on the tank while other healers are running. This can save the tank.
- A shield on the tank is mandatory.
- Use shields on the raid as spot saves, don’t spam them.
- Use your Hymn of Hope and Divine Hymn as needed.
