Ackis Recipe List is an addon that scans your professions and shows which recipes you’re missing, along with detailed information on how to obtain them (drops, vendors, reputation, etc.). You open your profession window and press the Scan button, and the addon builds a list of missing recipes that you can filter and track right in the game.
