Bartender4 is a full action bar replacement addon that lets you move, resize and customize all action bars, pet bar, stance bar, bags, micro menu and XP/reputation bars, with support for paging, visibility conditions and Masque skins.
How to use:
Type /bt or /bartender in chat to open the configuration, then unlock and drag bars where you want, adjust scale and fading, and use /kb (KeyBound) to quickly set keybinds by hovering a button and pressing a key.
