BlizzMove lets you freely move and scale most default Blizzard UI windows, so you can place frames like the character sheet, spellbook, quest log and other panels exactly where you want them.
How to use:
Click and drag a window’s title bar to move it; Shift + right-click on the title resets its position, Ctrl + mouse wheel over the title changes scale (Ctrl + right-click resets), Alt + drag can detach child frames, and /bm opens the addon options (varies slightly by WotLK build).
