What the toast represents
BNetToast listens for the client messages used by Battle.net and the Friends frame. The addon does not create a friend entry or repair the service: if the realm client does not emit the expected Battle.net event, there is nothing for BNetToast to display. Its optional ElvUI skin requires the compatible ElvUI package mentioned in the README and is separate from the core toast behaviour.
