Clique is a click-casting addon that lets you bind mouse and key combinations to spells or macros and cast them directly on unit frames with a single click.
How to use:
Open your spellbook and click the Clique tab or type /clique, then click a spell with the mouse + modifier you want (for example Shift + Right-Click) to create a binding and use that combo over unit frames to cast on that unit.
