Critline is a combat-record addon that tracks your highest damage or healing results and highlights new personal records.

How to use
Open the Critline window after combat to review records. Treat the numbers as personal milestones rather than a substitute for encounter logs or sustained DPS analysis.
Before you install
Keep a copy of your current addon folder and saved settings before replacing files. Confirm that the extracted folder is intended for the 3.3.5a client, enable it on the character-selection screen, and test the main feature outside important group content. If the interface behaves unexpectedly, disable unrelated addons temporarily and reload the UI.
Records and record breaks
Critline 3.0.2 records normal and critical damage or healing values and can announce when a new personal record is reached. It keeps account data in CritlineDB and character-specific data in CritlinePerCharDB. The addon is a history of observed results, not a theoretical damage calculator.
After installing, perform the spell or attack normally and allow Critline to collect the event. Open its record display to inspect the spell and the saved highest value, then use the reset or filtering controls when you want a fresh comparison for a character or spec. A record depends on target, spell rank, buffs, critical chance and encounter conditions, so comparing two values is meaningful only when those conditions are similar. The WotLK package is Interface 30300, version 3.0.2; it does not automatically provide modern combat-log analytics or a cross-character web database.
Critline’s normal and critical records should be read per spell and character. A critical record from a fully buffed raid is not directly comparable with a solo normal hit, and a new gear set may legitimately create a new record without proving a rotation improvement. Resetting a record is a deliberate data-cleaning action, not a required daily step.
