Healers Have To Die (HHTD) helps you quickly identify and focus enemy healers by highlighting them in nameplates and showing clear role cues in PvP. It’s especially useful in battlegrounds and world PvP where spotting the healer fast often decides the fight.
How to use:
Type /hhtd to open settings and choose how healers are highlighted (color/scale/markers) and which classes/specs count as healers. You can also tweak priority rules so healer targets stand out more on crowded nameplates.
