InternalCooldowns tracks hidden internal cooldowns triggered by procs from equipped trinkets, weapons, enchants, meta gems and supported talents in WoW 3.3.5a.

What it does
Many items provide a temporary buff after an attack, heal or spell. The buff may disappear quickly, while the item remains unable to proc again for several seconds. InternalCooldowns detects the proc and exposes this hidden timer through the standard WoW cooldown system.
Features
- Tracks supported trinket and equipment procs
- Supports weapon and equipment enchants, meta gems and selected talents
- Shows cooldown spirals on equipped item slots
- Works with item buttons and compatible item macros on action bars
- Can refresh Bartender4 buttons after a proc starts
- Optional ForteXorcist and LibSink-compatible ready notifications
- Saves output settings between sessions
How to use
- Equip a supported trinket or item.
- Place it on an action bar for the clearest display.
- Enter combat and trigger the proc.
- Watch the cooldown on the equipment slot or action button.
- When the timer expires, the item can proc again.
Installation
- Download and extract the release.
- Copy the InternalCooldowns folder to Interface/AddOns/.
- Enable the addon at character selection and restart the client if needed.
Compatibility and limitations
Designed for WoW 3.3.5a. Tracking is database-driven, so custom-server items, changed spell IDs or modified proc durations may not be recognized. If a proc is missing, report the item ID, proc spell, expected cooldown and a combat-log example.
Optional integrations
Bartender4, ForteXorcist and scrolling combat text addons can use the tracked cooldowns, but they are not required. The addon works with the standard character window and action bars on its own.
