PallyPower is a Paladin buff management addon for WoW WotLK 3.3.5a. It helps organize Blessings in parties and raids and makes it easier to see which players or classes are missing their assigned buffs.
It is especially useful in raids with several Paladins, where manually deciding who should cast each Greater Blessing can become inconvenient.
Main features
PallyPower provides an interface for managing:
- Greater Blessing assignments
- Individual player Blessing overrides
- Paladin Auras
- Seals
- Righteous Fury
- Missing or expired buffs
Each Paladin can be assigned specific Blessings for different classes. This helps avoid duplicate buffs and makes sure important Blessings are covered across the raid.
Individual players can also receive a different Blessing from the rest of their class when needed. For example, a tank can have a different assignment from DPS players of the same class.
Raid assignments
In a party or raid, PallyPower can synchronize Blessing assignments between Paladins who are also using the addon.
Normally, the Party Leader, Raid Leader, or Raid Assistant manages these assignments. Paladins can also allow free assignment depending on their settings.
Assignments cannot normally be changed during combat because of WoW's combat restrictions.
Configuration
PallyPower uses an interactive interface where Blessings can be assigned and cast directly from its buttons.
Depending on the version, configuration and assignments can also be accessed with commands such as:
/pp
or:
/pallypower
Installation
- Download the PallyPower archive.
- Close World of Warcraft.
- Extract the addon into World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns.
- Start the game and enable PallyPower.
- Join a group or raid and configure the Blessing assignments.
PallyPower is one of the most useful raid utility addons for Paladins because it simplifies Blessing coordination and makes missing buffs easy to identify.
