Quartz is a modular cast bar addon that replaces Blizzard’s default casting bars with clean, highly configurable player and target/focus cast bars, plus optional features like a latency “safe zone” and extra timer modules.
How to use:
Type /quartz to open the options, then unlock the bars to move/scale them and enable the modules you want (player, target/focus, latency, etc.).
