RaidComp is a raid composition tool for WoW WotLK 3.3.5a designed to help raid leaders see which important buffs and debuffs are available in their current group.
Instead of checking every class and specialization manually, RaidComp provides an overview of the different raid utility categories and helps identify areas that may need attention.
What RaidComp does
RaidComp analyzes the raid composition and shows which useful buffs, debuffs, and abilities are represented.
The addon can help you quickly notice:
- Buff or debuff categories covered by the raid
- Important effects that may be missing
- Categories that require closer inspection
- Which classes or abilities provide particular raid benefits
This is especially useful while forming a 25-player raid, where several classes can provide similar effects and manually checking every source can become inconvenient.
RaidComp does not automatically determine the perfect raid composition. Different encounters may require different tanks, healers, damage dealers, cooldowns, or utility. Instead, it provides the information needed to make those decisions more easily.
Using RaidComp
Use RaidComp while assembling or adjusting your raid group and review the available buff and debuff categories.
If the raid roster changes, check the composition again to make sure important effects are still covered.
Installation
- Download the RaidComp archive.
- Close World of Warcraft.
- Extract the addon into World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns.
- Start the game and make sure RaidComp is enabled in the AddOns menu.
RaidComp is primarily useful for raid leaders who want a quick overview of group utility without manually comparing every player's class and abilities.
