ElvUI is a full UI replacement that completely overhauls the default Blizzard interface with a clean, modern and highly customizable layout for unit frames, action bars, nameplates, bags, chat, tooltips and more.
How to use:
Install ElvUI and ElvUI_OptionsUI, log in and follow the initial setup wizard, then type /ec or /elvui to reopen the configuration and /moveui to unlock and reposition frames; other useful commands in the WotLK backport include /farmmode, /egrid and /rl to reload the UI.
